DM Tips & Encounter Ideas:
The Toll That Isn’t – Players are stopped on the road by armored “guards” demanding a toll. They’ve even got fake paperwork. It’s almost impressive.
Rogue’s Gallery – Introduce a bandit crew early in the campaign. They run. Then they come back. Stronger. Petty. Possibly on fire.
The Inside Job – The bartender, the barmaid, and the bard? All bandits. Cue initiative the moment someone asks for change.
Dungeon Master’s Note:
These minis are the bread and butter of low-to-mid-tier encounters. We use them constantly—raiding caravans, harassing villages, or just loitering in places they absolutely shouldn’t be.
They’re also great NPC material. Paint one in flashy colors, give him a name like “Knives McGee,” and boom—recurring villain who won’t shut up. (Or surprise the players by making them the bandits. The pack works both ways.)

What if there is a Broken or Damaged Mini in my order?
We do our best to inspect. package, and protect all mini's, but sometimes there may be a broken Mini. You can email us at info@charmandember.com. We add an free extra mini to each package, just in case something breaks during shipping.
