Welcome to Charm & Ember! By accessing or using our website (www.charmandember.com), placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our site or services.

1. General Overview

Charm & Ember ("we," "us," "our") creates fantasy-inspired candles, miniatures, and accessories for tabletop gamers, collectors, and curious adventurers. Our products are made with creativity, care, and occasionally chaotic magic (but always legally).

2. Orders & Subscriptions

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities.

  • Subscriptions: Monthly mini subscriptions are charged upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Shipping: We do our best to ship by the 10th of each month for subscriptions. Delays due to weather, dragons, or postal gremlins will be communicated.

3. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. That said, colors, sizes, or details may vary slightly due to lighting, handmade processes, or pixelated elves.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and payment processors listed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but never mid-cart — we’re not that evil.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Candles & Minis: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds: We offer replacements or refunds at our discretion for damaged goods. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Subscriptions: Subscription boxes are non-refundable after they ship, but you can pause or cancel anytime before the next billing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, photos, logos, and original designs — belongs to Charm & Ember. Please don’t steal our stuff. If you want to feature us, just reach out — we love collaborations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for anything shady, unlawful, or disruptive.

  • Try to reverse-engineer, hack, or cast dubious enchantments on the site.

  • Harass our staff, community, or kobold courier network.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages or loss resulting from use of our products, site, or third-party shipping errors. You use our stuff at your own (awesome) risk.
